✔ If, within 30 days of purchase, you decide your product isn't the right match for your skin, we'll happily exchange it for a different product from our Essential Collection.

✔ The returned product must contain at least 50% of its original contents and be returned in its original packaging.

✔ Exchanges are subject to a brief consultation so we can recommend the most suitable alternative for your skin.

✔ One exchange is permitted per product purchased.
